Assembler - Urgently hiring in Orrville, OH!
Job Title: Assembler
Pay: $21 per hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Overtime available every other Friday)

As an Assembler, you'll be instrumental in ensuring quality and efficiency in the assembly process. You will work closely with the assembly team to produce high-quality products that meet strict standards and contribute to the company's success.
What You'll Do:
As an Assembler, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling ventilation system products using a variety of hand and power tools to meet production specifications.
- Managing the complete assembly process, including building, testing, and palletizing finished products.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area by performing regular cleaning and safety checks.
- Supporting team operations by completing additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth workflow.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or assembly work.
- The physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive movements for 8-12 hours.
- Capability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures within a manufacturing setting.
