Activities is the "fun" department of senior living! Enjoy bringing a smile to a resident's face as you help him/her stay engaged physically, socially, emotionally and cognitively as our ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR at The Landings at Covenant Woods in Columbus, GA. We serve memory care and assisted living residents.

We invite a resident-focused, energetic Activities Director to support and encourage our residents and be part of our leadership team.

Ideal Candidate for ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR:

Friendly, approachable personality

Fun, energetic, positive, outgoing

Ability to be on your feet and on-the-go majority of the day

Patient

Good communication skills

Planning and organizational skills

Experience with seniors a plus

Ability and desire to work with memory care residents

Tasks to Serve Residents as ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR:

Assist residents with activities

Encourage participation in activities

Set up and run a wide variety of games and activities

Recruit and support volunteers
