Salary

$90,000-$120,000 per year, based on experience.

Your Impact as Director:
  1. Oversee the delivery of exceptional physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for rehabilitation in skilled nursing
  3. Manage the rehabilitation department's budget, equipment, and supply needs
  4. Foster strong relationships with the medical team to coordinate comprehensive care
  5. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for the therapy staff
What You Bring to the Table:
  1. Master's degree in Physical Therapy (PT) or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), or Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) from an accredited program
  2. Current state license as a therapist
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience as a therapist, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
  4. Proven track record of leading therapy operations in a skilled nursing setting
  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
