Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, including daily specials, and share that knowledge with Guests enthusiastically.
• Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all Guests through friendly, courteous service. Greet each Guest with enthusiasm as they enter our establishment.
• Efficiently escort Guests to their tables and ensure proper seating.
• Manage the waitlist effectively and quote wait times accurately while informing Guests of bar seating availability.
• Address any Guest service issues immediately, involving a Manager as needed, to ensure a legendary hospitality experience.
• Inspect and maintain restroom cleanliness every 30 minutes.
• Provide each Guest with a sincere farewell, encouraging them to return for another visit.

Sales Growth:

Deliver warm, efficient service to turn every Guest into a repeat visitor.

Cost Controls:

• Clock in and out accurately according to your schedule.
• Handle, clean, and store plates, glassware, and utensils properly to prevent breakage.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, promptly addressing spills on the floor.

Requirements:

• Availability to work evening hours.
• Restaurant experience is a must.
• Must project a positive, confident image to Guests.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while standing or walking for up to 8 hours per day.
