Job Details

Responsibilities
• Shall validate that all received data transmissions are properly uploaded into the DAMIS system on a daily basis.
• Shall conduct a daily lab load validation to verify the accuracy of data received from the drug testing laboratories and annotate
it on the Lab Load Validation Worksheet.
• Shall utilize queries to identify data integrity issues with clinical data Patient Intake reports, missing Patient Progress reports,
failed transfers, and aftercare.
• Shall review education and training data to ensure complete information is provided, review Resource and Performance Report
(RAPR) data for potential errors
• shall provide data required to complete drug testing and treatment information for the monthly leadership slides by the fifth of
each month
• Shall provide weekly roll up showing education/training, releases and enrollment reports to HQ IMCOM, AMC, USARC, and
ARNG.
• shall provide personnel to support ARD's DAMIS application, serve as a functional expert for all aspects of DAMIS.
• Provide personnel resources to assist in organization configuration, data problem resolution, report production, new user set-up,
user training, data integration and data analysis
• provide personnel resources to perform daily support activities for the DAMIS application including data entry, quality
assurance, analysis, problem data resolution, data monitoring, reports production/distribution, information papers, research,
analysis, information paper creation, background checks, organizational configuration, new user set-up, and user training.
• Perform data analysis to correlate relationships between identified data attributes within DAMIS data sets and any other
identified and authenticated data sets
Key Skills
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of ASAP related experience
• Experience with oracle databases and complex SQL queries, experience testing system functionality detailing bugs to
developers
• Ability to work as a customer service representative
