Position Overview: The Retail Cash Associate is tasked with delivering outstanding customer service, efficiently managing transactions at the point of sale (POS), and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and profitability by meeting or exceeding store and personal performance goals.
• Achieve specified metrics such as sales volume, average dollar sale (ADS), and units per transaction (UPT), as well as participation in ongoing promotions and contests.
• Utilize selling skills and customer service standards honed through training to enhance customer experience.
• Foster positive relationships with customers through a friendly demeanor and exceptional service.
• Engage in all store promotions and sales incentives to contribute to store success.
• Uphold company standards for appearance, performance, knowledge, and personal grooming.
• Stay informed about current sales promotions and effectively manage multiple customer interactions.
• Communicate customer needs regarding merchandise to management for optimal stock levels.
• Ensure that merchandise is well-managed and the cash wrap area is maintained daily.
• Answer phone inquiries professionally and in a friendly manner.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a neat appearance and personal grooming standard.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Capable of lifting items between 15-30 pounds.
