What You'll Do:

• Foster solid customer relationships through exceptional service and by promoting tailored financial solutions.
• Efficiently handle and process customer payments.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to enhance loan production.
• Ensure the security of cash drawers and manage accounting activities, including accurately balancing and preparing deposits.
• Manage office administrative tasks, such as checking branch mail, filing documents, and ordering supplies.
• Process loan applications and assist in collecting payments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service roles

Schedule: This position typically runs from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturdays.
