Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of our company! You'll greet customers, manage transactions, provide shopping suggestions, and assist with our food program. Expect an engaging atmosphere as you navigate different roles in the store, maintaining high standards while delivering exceptional service.

Consistent and reliable onsite attendance is a must!

You will interact with numerous customers daily, collaborating with a fun team to achieve daily objectives!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or customer service
• Background as a sales associate or cashier
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A motivation to advance your career
• A willingness to learn and have fun!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull up to 20 pounds of force with your arms
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects, which may include climbing ladders to store or retrieve materials and place/remove signage
