Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop civil plans and detailed construction documents for complex CAD projects under the guidance of a Professional Engineer.
• Exhibit efficiency and multitasking abilities while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of work assignments.
• Handle multiple projects with competing priorities effortlessly.
• Uphold company CAD standards throughout all projects undertaken.

Key Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of progressive experience in survey work or an Associate's Degree in a CAD-related field.
• Solid understanding of civil site land development processes.
• Experience with Civil3D is mandatory.
• Outstanding client service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self-motivated with minimal need for supervision once trained.
• General proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
