Job Summary:

The Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting daily operations at a Krystal restaurant, aligning with our Brand Vision, Mission, and Promise while exemplifying our Core Values. You will collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with company standards across all operational aspects, including product preparation, customer service, facilities maintenance, and financial accountability. This position involves selecting, training, and coaching top talent to achieve outstanding results in People, Customer experience, Sales, and Profit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• People: Demonstrate Krystal's Core Values while aiding the management team in developing high-performing employees through effective training, retention, and recognition strategies.
• Collaborate with management on the Performance Management process to support employee success and accountability.

Customer:

• Foster a customer-centric culture by resolving issues and training employees to meet and exceed service standards.
• Drive operational excellence by coaching employees around standard procedures and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Sales:

• Work with management to ensure restaurant-level marketing initiatives are implemented effectively.

Profit:

• Execute cash, security, inventory, labor, and food control measures during shifts to address and close any performance gaps.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Servsafe certification is required.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with one or more years of restaurant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as needed for business purposes.

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds frequently.
• Ability to carry items and products weighing no more than 70 pounds.
