Description:

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking Change Manager (hybrid) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Lincolnshire, IL (60069) Details for the position are as follows:

  • Pay rate $83hr based on experience
  • This is a hybrid role; 3 days in office, 2 days remote
  • 10+ months contract - (potential to extend or convert based on performance & budget).
  • The role creates and implements change management strategies and plans for large scale, cross company business transformation projects, including the integration of new acquisitions. The role requires managing the change management tasks for multiple projects with varying complexities simultaneously.
  • Understand the impact of changes on different stakeholder groups across multiple business units, and in many cases across all of Zebra, to develop appropriate communications plans, deliver effective and efficient communications, and create engagement activities internally and externally
  • Exercise judgment and experience to tailor the change management approach to meet the needs of a variety of project types, and apply context-specific methods, tools, and tactics
  • Coach functional business leaders, business unit leaders, and executive leadership team members on change leadership
  • Lead peer change managers across the company to drive continuous improvement in change management
  • Manage a dynamically changing portfolio of change management projects.
  • Provide direction and lead other company team members as they work on change management tasks
  • Serve as a company change management expert in cross-functional and company-wide strategic change initiatives
  • Develop and deliver project and initiative-related communications and stakeholder engagement activities, potentially including email communications, awareness sessions, events, newsletters, videos, site banners, and posters, as well as content on intranet sites, extranet sites, and internet sites
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to coordinate content, reviews, timing, and delivery of internal and external communications
  • Minimum Education: BA/BS from an accredited college or university. Master's degree preferred. Commensurate experience accepted.
  • Minimum Work Experience (years): 10 years.
  • Relevant professional experience leading company-wide, large-scale organizational change management and communications projects. Global project experience preferred.
  • Experience leading change management tasks on acquisition integrations
  • Experience with and trained on change management and communications methodologies. Experience with Prosci ADKAR model, LaMarsh, or similar desired.
  • Proven ability to work with different stakeholders and teams in a global, multi-site organization
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership, such as business unit vice presidents. Experience interacting with C-suite executives a plus.
  • Work independently with little or no supervision
  • Experience coaching leadership all the way up the c-suite level on change management processes
  • Ability to think and act strategically to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to successfully collaborate in a complex, cross-functional organizational model
  • Professional demeanor appropriate for key customer interactions, including interaction at the customer's senior level
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Solid project management skills, including ability to manage a portfolio of assigned change management projects
  • International experience preferred
  • Desired skills: SharePoint, MS Project, social media, Yammer, video production, ChatGTP/Google Gemini
