Job Details

This position custodial and special assignment functions in support of The Trade Center. Performs custodial duties to lobby areas, walking halls, meeting rooms, offices, exhibit halls, and restrooms. Vacuums and shampoos carpets, sweeps, mops, scrubs and waxes floors, washes windows, dusts areas including hard to reach areas, emptying trash cans, cleaning toilets, sink basins and counters, shining mirrors and faucets. Performs other miscellaneous custodial duties associated with maintaining clean buildings and facilities. Sweeps parking lots and exterior walkways, cleans exterior areas as needed. Maintains inventory of all supplies required to perform the duties of the position. Moves custodial items and other miscellaneous items from one place to another. Assists Event Attendants when tasks are assigned.
