Essential Functions:

  • Deliver an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, serving food, and processing payments efficiently.
  • Keep the restaurant clean and presentable.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures ensuring fresh and quality food.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working various positions - front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and helpful attitude is essential.
  • Previous operations experience is a plus.
  • Some high school education is required.
  • Food Handler certification may be necessary based on local regulations, at your expense.

Work Environment:

As a Culinary Team Associate, you will often work in hot kitchen areas with steam and food vapors. Expect to stand for extended periods, prepare hot and cold foods, and use kitchen equipment with precision. Lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a fast-paced environment are part of the role.
