Job Description:
Join our team as a Payment Application Support Engineer, where you'll work in a hybrid setting in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX.
This is a contract position with opportunities to support cloud-deployed payment applications and engage with various technologies.
You'll be responsible for ensuring application reliability and supporting transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities
Support cloud-deployed payment applications and manage transaction processes.
Onboard merchants to transaction processing platforms.
Analyze transaction failures and recommend improvements for reliability and quality.
Document production incidents and collaborate with support and development teams.
Devise and implement new support processes in line with company policy.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8-10 years of experience supporting payment gateway or acquiring systems.
Solid understanding of SDLC, ITIL processes, and project management skills.
Knowledge of payment industry protocols and transaction processing.
Proficient in communication and vendor management skills.
