Inventory Management Attendant/Material Handler

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Inventory Management Attendant/Material Handler in Columbus, Georgia. Warehouse positions pay weekly plus hourly at $16.07 per hour. We want the right Warehouse Associate to join us at Ryder and work in the safest supply chain environment with state of the art equipment. Responsibilities include management of inbound products such as bolts, cables, reels, wires, anchors etc. Equipment includes Sit-Down Forklift, RF Scanner, Pallet Jack. Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, clean driving record, ability to pass a motor vehicle check, comfort using a computer, experience with forklifts and pallet jacks, ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted, ability to manage multiple store locations, good customer service skills.

Responsibilities include performing warehouse functions, loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting, dealing with day to day paperwork, technical and maintenance support for automated packing system, performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract, and performing other duties as assigned.
