Work Mode: Remote - Pacific Time Zone Only | Location/Supporting: Las Vegas, NV | Experience: Level-Funded and some Self-Funded Plans
About the Role: Responsible for IOA Benefits Account Management activities under Producerdirection. Responsibilities include client service and communication, team leadership, directing daily tasks and work activities of Account Coordinators, team and individual productivity, quality, and service levels, implementation of client benefits administrative processes, tracking, renewals, new client setup, data management/entry, Producer communication, team and individual professional development, identification of sales opportunities, and upholding IOA core values.
The expected pay range for this position is 70-90K annually, depending on experience, relevant skills, and geographic location.
