The Product Specialist is responsible for portfolio analysis, product development projects, executing activities across the product lifecycle, and recommending pricing and promotions./ph3Duties and Responsibilities/h3pConduct competitive environment analysis including product benchmarking, pricing, placement./ppConduct portfolio analysis and develop action plans to maximize market share, revenue, profitability, mix and operational efficiency of products./ppManage the product lifecycle for accessories and additional segments of products./ppShape accessories product roadmap and key project proposals with General Manager and Product Managers./ppManage cross-functional teams with accessory new product development and product restages./ppPartner with Omnichannel to identify market entry and support plans for direct-to-consumer, key customers, and other channels./ppPartner with Sales to develop and communicate high-quality presentations to customers./ppDevelop effective sales materials, making it easy for retail store associates to understand our product offering and key positioning./ppConduct annual planning analysis and budget development./ph3Qualification Requirements/h3pMinimum Education: BA/BS degree preferred, Associates degree or equivalent experience required./ppMinimum Experience: Consumer goods experience preferred (durables or consumables). 2+ years experience in product development (marketing/engineering/product management)./ph3Knowledge, Skills and Abilities/h3pUnderstanding of product development and commercialization processes./ppAnalytical mindset and data-driven for business decisions./ppSolid communication skills, especially synthesizing complex problems and persuading other groups of your solution./ppAbility to collaborate and influence cross-functional commercial teams./ppProject management skills and ability to track processes against milestones./ppHigh energy to drive results and manage change./ph3Physical Requirements/h3pn/a/ppFor employment within the United States, the W.C.
