Important: This position requires candidates to be within commuting distance to an MMA office and able to work in-office three days each week.

Your Role:

As a Claims Specialist - Property & Casualty, you will:

• Manage Claims: Advocate for clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely updates and communications with all stakeholders. Mitigate potential exposures through effective claims management and negotiate positive outcomes with adjusters.
• Demonstrate Expertise: Establish yourself as a go-to claims expert by sharing insights within the agency and community. Stay updated on industry trends, and provide strategic advice on coverage and claims to clients and team members.
• Analyze Trends: Monitor and report on claims activity, collaborating with agency teams to address coverage issues proactively. Provide data-driven insights to help clients manage their total cost of risk.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with carriers and adjusters, facilitating efficient communication and issue resolution.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have:

• 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty claims.
• Experience in multi-line carrier or brokerage environments.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively to reach desired outcomes.
• A positive attitude and strong organizational skills, with a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Proficiency in technology, including agency management systems and Microsoft Office.
• A dedication to embodying the core values of integrity, collaboration, passion, innovation, and accountability.
