Akkodis is seeking a QA Lead for a Contract with a client in Stamford, CT/Southington, CT(Remote). The candidate must have strong expertise in leading QA strategy and validating complex data systems to ensure accuracy and compliance across endtoend processes.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
QA Lead job responsibilities include:
- Leading overall QA planning and execution across complex data systems, integrations, and reporting environments.
- Defining test strategies, standards, and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout endtoend workflows.
- Coordinating with crossfunctional stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Managing UAT activities, driving defect triage, and performing rootcause analysis to ensure highquality delivery.
- Validating data transformations, system outputs, and process flows across multiple platforms and applications.
- Supporting auditready documentation, evidence preparation, and adherence to internal quality controls and governance practices.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience leading QA, system validation, or testing initiatives across largescale technology platforms.
- Requires strong expertise in defining QA strategies, creating test scenarios, and managing UAT for complex data and system workflows.
- Requires handson experience with test governance, documentation, and coordinating with crossfunctional teams to ensure highquality delivery.
Pay Details: $60.00 to $68.00 per hour
