Compensation: $85,000-$115,000+ including attainable bonus potential!

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).

  • Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).

  • Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.

  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle is essential.

  • Previous ABA experience is preferred.

  • Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities:

In your role as a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write comprehensive progress reports. You will develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans aimed at achieving lifelong success for clients. With the support of skilled Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), you will ensure that treatment plans are effectively executed. Additionally, you will provide guidance, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers to help them manage challenging behaviors while teaching appropriate replacement behaviors through ABA principles. Your responsibilities will also include conducting functional assessments and analyses when necessary and maintaining oversight of program effectiveness by reviewing and recommending changes based on client data.
