Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
• Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding, goals
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or other ticketing systems
• Experience in a tech environment
