Join Quality Surgical Management (QSM), a leader in bedside and clinical wound care management with over 30 years of excellence. We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated healthcare professionals, including Medical Doctors, Doctors of Osteopathy, Nurse Practitioners, or Physician Assistants (MD, DO, NP, or PA).

As a Wound Care Provider, you will deliver bedside surgical wound care services, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure exceptional customer service.

QSM offers comprehensive training to all providers. The ideal candidate should be ready to complete two (2) weeks of at-home training followed by four (4) or more weeks of hands-on field training, with travel to various states where QSM operates. All training is paid for, and travel costs are fully covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality surgical wound care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and healthcare partners.
• Participate in required meetings and corporate conferences.
• Possibly offer telehealth services.

Essential Qualifications:

• Unencumbered licensure as MD, DO, NP (Adult, Geriatric, or Family), or PA.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various facilities.
• Ability to document meticulously and adhere to established care standards.
• Must be available by cell phone during working hours.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in wound care is preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 2 years of provider experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is a plus.
