JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead internal business projects and programs within our Provider Network Services team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to ensure the successful delivery of projects from design to completion. You will be responsible for planning and directing project schedules and budgets, as well as overseeing external vendors as needed. Your leadership will guide the program management staff in executing their roles effectively, with a primary focus on project and program management rather than specialized technical expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage teams in planning and executing business programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Program Managers and functional areas, guiding programs to address critical needs.
  • Engage with customers to analyze their requirements and transform them into actionable functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and implement process improvements across the organization.
  • Create essential documentation including business requirements, test plans, requirements traceability matrices, and user training materials.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans, schedules, and deliverables, monitoring progress from initiation through to successful delivery.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience

Required Experience

7-9 years of relevant professional experience

Required License, Certification, Association

PMP Certification or comparable coursework

Preferred Education

Graduate Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

10+ years in project/program management

Preferred License, Certification, Association

Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and ITIL Certification are desirable

Pay Range: $80,168 - $171,058 / ANNUAL
