Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies
• Communicate effectively with business continuity leadership and stakeholders during interruptions
• Leverage problem-solving skills to execute the business continuity process efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business continuity and organizational goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to proactively identify vulnerabilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in delivering risk management strategies and continuity plans for a global company
• Proficient in software systems such as Fusion, Smartsheet, Riskonnect/Castellan, or similar platforms
• Ability to work at both tactical and strategic levels with agility
• Bachelors degree in business, risk management, computer science, data analytics, or a related field; higher education preferred
• Team-first mentality with energy and enthusiasm towards company objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• CBCI, CBCP, or similar certification
• Experience with communication tools such as Slack
