BIM Modeler
G.A. Rogers, a professional recruiting firm, has an open need for an experienced BIM modeler. This role is ideal for someone familiar with Structural engineering requirements. Architectural BIM modelers are not the right fit for this role.

BIM Modeler Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain high-fidelity 3D models of structural systems, including foundations, steel framing, reinforced concrete, and timber structures
• Ensuring the models accurately reflect the engineer's calculations and intent
• Identify and resolve spatial conflicts between structural elements and other disciplines (such as HVAC ducts or plumbing) before construction begins
• Extracting 2D structural plans, sections, and detailed "shop drawings" directly from the 3D model

BIM Modeler Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience modeling in engineering (not architecture)
• Proven experience with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a focus on innovation.
