About the Position:

We are seeking a driven and collaborative Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top early-career talent for our firm. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within financial services, and possess a strong passion for building emerging career programs (e.g. campus and internship) that shape the future of our organization. This role will be based in our Chicago office with a hybrid work model.

Specifically, this individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Talent Acquisition team to execute recruitment strategies for entry-level and junior roles across the firm.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for entry-level and junior talent, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to promote the firm's brand and attract diverse talent.
  • Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and networking sessions (both virtual and in-person).
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve candidate experience and recruitment processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in early-career recruiting and financial services hiring.
Requirements

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or campus recruiting; financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment processes for entry-level or early-career roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000.This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however, may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
