We're looking for an experienced Residential Remodeling Estimator with strong proficiency in Xactimate software. This role is key to ensuring our clients receive timely, accurate, and transparent estimates for their remodeling or restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and a passion for serving others with excellence.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct job site visits to assess damage or project scope
  • Develop detailed estimates using Xactimate, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to create material and labor takeoffs
  • Collaborate with project managers, homeowners, and insurance adjusters
  • Provide excellent customer service in alignment with our company values
  • Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and project documentation
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and transparent work environment
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience estimating residential remodeling or restoration projects
  • Proficiency with Xactimate is required
  • Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and code compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates/projects
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for site visits
Preferred Experience
  • Background in insurance restoration claims or related work
  • Experience with construction project management software or CRM tools
  • Familiarity with local permitting processes and building inspections
