A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls to update clients
• Handle client emails/chats and redirect clients to appropriate departments
• Maintain records of conversations in the call center database CRM and assist with client enrollment processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry
• Fundamental understanding of computer operations
