Clinic/ Provider Liaison, Autism Analytica

Part clinical measure development company, part enterprise software, with a strong data science ethos, Autism Analytica is providing scientific structure to historically subjective clinical care.

JOB SCOPE

This is a central, highly-visible role, focused on delivering excellent service, training, and support to our clinic and organizational customers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in psychology, counseling, autism care, or behavioral analysis who would like to pivot into a clinical-adjacent role at a health tech company. Specifically, this individual will be on the BCBA activation team focused on educating and selling our assessment technologies into ABA clinics and other healthcare providers. This individual will be responsible for understanding our software, assessment battery, and scientific advances in order to communicate to potential customers and support their adoption of our suite of technologies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Experience with or understanding of psychological assessment and related concepts used in the clinical setting
• Comfort with external client facing conversations
• Interest in business development and sales
• Ability to build rapport with people easily
• Interest in outcome measurement and innovation in the neurodevelopmental care space
• Understanding of clinical workflows at behavioral health clinics and businesses
• Ability to manage business to business and organizational customer relationships
• Tech Savvy with comfort level working within Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Interest in working for early stage companies with innovative products
• Experience with business to business or organizational customer service and/or customer success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writing sample required)

WORK ENVIRONMENTS AND HAZARDS

This position is within an office environment. Exposure to office equipment, computers, phones and office furniture as well as other standard tools and substances. Position requires sitting and or standing for extended periods of time. Extended periods of using keyboards, monitors and or phone lines.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires sitting and or standing for extended periods of time with the majority of tasks requiring use of: computer monitor, keyboard, phone and or headset. Position may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. May be required to lift up to 20 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline such as psychology, school psychology, counseling, behavioral analysis, behavioral sciences.
• 2 years of professional or clinical experience
• Experience administering assessments and interpreting behavioral treatment plans or IEPs
