We are looking for a Sr Director, Product Management Enterprise AI to lead the strategy, development, and adoption of impactful Generative AI capabilities that enhance productivity, deliver new internal capabilities, and unlock opportunities for additional revenue. This role is highly strategic and internally focused, reporting directly to the Sr Director of Enterprise AI. You will set the vision and roadmap for internal AI products, while also building and leading a high-performing product team. As a senior leader, you will partner closely with Engineering, Legal, IT, Go-To-Market, Support, and other stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide transformation with AI. Were seeking an entrepreneurial product leader who thrives in ambiguity, has deep product expertise, and is passionate about shaping the responsible adoption of AI across the company./ph3What Youll Do/h3olliSet the AI product vision and roadmap: Define and execute on the strategic adoption and development of Generative AI products and solutions with the highest ROI across the enterprise./liliGather and translate requirements: Partner with stakeholders across functions to understand internal workflows and identify AI-driven opportunities. Educate the business on AIs current capabilities and limitations./liliLead team building and people development: Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of AI product managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Shape the teams structure, capabilities, and long-term growth./liliDrive agile AI execution: Oversee vendor evaluations and buy vs. build decisions. Guide agile development and adoption cycles, enabling the team to move fast, learn, and iterate./liliMeasure and optimize impact: Define metrics that demonstrate productivity and efficiency gains.
