Start your career as a Control Equipment Technician with MAU at Milliken Pine Mountain in Pine Mountain, GA. As a Control Equipment Technician, you will perform general and preventive maintenance on machinery control systems, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

• Ability to work Rotating shifts: 3 consecutive day shifts (8 AM-5 PM), 2 days off, followed by 4 consecutive night shifts (7 PM-7 AM), then 8 days off

• Strong electrical knowledge including PLCs, drive systems, piping systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• 2+years of industrial electrical experience
• High school diploma or GED required; a 2-year degree in electrical or electro-mechanical field preferred
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work 9-12 hour rotating shifts
• Knowledge of proper piping systems and installation techniques
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Maintain and monitor room and chiller conditions
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical maintenance issues
• Maintain auxiliary equipment
• Respond to and complete work orders
• Assist with training of team members
• Serve as a member of the First Responder's Team
