Position Overview: As an Operations Manager on the Grocery Floor, you will play a critical role in overseeing operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Your leadership will drive the implementation of business strategies and operational improvements while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and associates, both verbally and in writing.
• Implement business plans to achieve facility goals related to production, quality, and safety.
• Forecast staffing and performance needs to meet business demands in your area of responsibility.
• Analyze business reports to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company and logistics quality and safety standards by developing and maintaining necessary procedures.
• Address and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using sound judgment.
• Supervise and support associates and leaders, providing direction, monitoring performance, and identifying training needs.
• Construct and maintain high-performing teams while creating an inclusive workplace culture that respects diversity.
• Act with integrity, promoting ethical standards and accountability in all actions.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by adapting plans based on how and when customers shop.
• Drive continuous improvements by embracing new technologies and encouraging learning from experiences.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00, with additional compensation opportunities such as performance bonuses and stock options.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration) with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in operations or logistics, or
• 1 year experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager, or
• 3 years experience in a supervisory role in operations/logistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency in managing workforce challenges and preparing budgets.
• Understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability.
