Responsibilities

• Begin as a Comprehensive Financial Advisor, gaining firsthand experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
• Demonstrate consistent performance in sales and client service to qualify for management consideration.
• Recruit, train, and develop new agents, fostering a culture of growth and success.
• Lead by example through experience, accountability, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute office initiatives and meet production goals.
• Continue personal professional development through advanced management training programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred, or equivalent professional business-minded experience.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to obtain state life and health insurance licenses and pursue FINRA registration (Series 6 or 7 and/or 63, 65/66).
