Our client in the pet pharmaceutical field is seeking hybrid customer service reps to join their team. As a customer service representative, you will play a critical role in the company's customer support department. The ideal candidate would have experience in call center role, great customer service skills and a willingness to help others. Which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Hybrid after 6 weeks of training
Location: Swedesboro, NJ
Pay Range: $18-$20/hour
Schedule: 6 weeks paid in-classroom training in Swedesboro, NJ (In-person)
Week 1-3 of training: M-F 8:00AM-4:30 PM
week 4-6 of training: M-F, 9:00AM-5:30PM or 10:00AM-6:30PM
Once training is complete, schedule will be M-F 11:30AM-8:00PM + 1 Saturday a month . After the 6 weeks of training: 2 days in office (1 day must be Wednesday); 3 days remote.
