Why This Role Matters:
The Fraud Operations Center of Excellence (FOCE) and the Special Investigation Unit (SIU) partner together to support the Fraud Risk management program at Group 1001. The FOCE focus is on the detection and prevention of fraud across the enterprise, and the SIU is tasked with the investigation and reporting of suspicious activity as well as the identification of potential control gaps and procedural improvements. These two groups work closely together and with stakeholders in key business units to protect our customers and companies from insurance fraud.
