Once a client is signed, you receive the file, take ownership of the case management, and work closely with your attorney to move 90 or more active cases forward through discovery, hearings, and resolution./ppWhat youll do:/pulliCase Ownership and File Management: Tracking important appointments, legal documents in addition to filing deadlines for designated clients and cases while maximizing Game Changing Attorneys time, potential and efficiency./liliDiscovery Drafting and Responses: Draft discovery requests, respond to discovery, prepare responses to interrogatories and requests for production, and manage discovery deadlines. Coordinate with clients to gather information and documents needed to complete responses accurately and on time./liliLitigation Calendar and Deadlines: Track all key dates, including discovery cutoffs, hearings, mediations, IMEs, depositions, and Board deadlines.
