Production Worker

Pay rate: $15.00-$15.50/hour

Shift hours: 5:45AM -6:30PM or 5:45 PM 6:30 AM

Schedule:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

Job summary: We are seeking a dependable and motivated production worker to join our client's team. This position plays a key role in supporting the debunk/inspection area by stacking WIP (work-in-progress) trays on dollies, removing scrap materials, and maintaining an efficient, clean production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the debunk/inspection area by stacking trays on dollies.
• Remove scrap materials safely and efficiently from the production area.
• Collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional utility tasks as needed to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (5:45 PM 6:30 AM CST), including rotating weekends.
• Physically capable of lifting, stacking, and moving materials up to 25 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing is required.
