divh2Warehouse Worker/h2pWe are seeking motivated, detail-oriented and organized Warehouse workers to join our team at multiple locations in Columbus, GA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one of the following: shipping and receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and rework. These roles are vital in ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the warehouse./ppResponsibilities:/pulliShipping and Receiving: Accept and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Document and verify shipment information using inventory management systems. Prepare and label outgoing shipments per customer and company requirements./liliInventory Control: Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy. Update and maintain records in inventory management systems. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies./liliPicking and Packing: Accurately pick products according to customer orders. Pack items securely to minimize damage during transit. Ensure all items are labeled correctly and meet quality standards./liliRework: Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies. Repair or repackage items to meet quality requirements. Collaborate with team members to implement corrective actions./li/ulpWorking hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)/ppSkills:/pulliExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software/liliFamiliarity with barcode scanning and labeling equipment/liliOrganizational and problem-solving skills/li/ulpEducation:/ppHigh School/ppExperience: 1-4 years/ppQualifications:/pulliPrevious experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management, or related roles/liliAbility to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) as required/liliAttention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processes/liliCommunication skills and ability to work in a team environment/li/ulpSpherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
