ABOUT THE ROLE

Operate and maintain packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Package products according to specifications, including labeling and sealing.

Conduct regular checks on packaging materials and communicate any shortages or issues to management.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet safety and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.

Assist in training new employees on packaging processes and safety protocols.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must be able to work on feet for 8 hours.

Required to work in areas where temperatures will be 45F or below.

Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting over head.

Able to lift up to 80 pounds or more.

Acquiring and keeping current Forklift Operator's license.

Follow all company safety procedures.

Previous experience in food production or packaging is a plus.

Ability to operate packaging machinery and equipment effectively.

Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical ability to lift and move packaging materials as needed.
