divh2Forklift Operator/h2pWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Forklift Operator experienced with stand-up and sit-down forklifts to join our team. The ideal candidate will also have proficiency with regular and squeeze lifts and working with inventory systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of products in the warehouse, supporting seamless operations across our supply chain./ppResponsibilities:/pulliOperate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to safely move, load, and unload products./liliSafely transport materials to designated storage areas and production lines, adhering to facility layout plans./liliPerform routine equipment checks to ensure forklifts are in safe working condition./liliCollaborate with team members to fulfill daily operational goals and meet productivity standards./liliFollow verbal and written instructions for order fulfillment and inventory accuracy./liliMaintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times./liliAssist in conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies./liliCommunicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to report any issues or challenges./li/ulpWorking hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM/ppSkills:/pulliPrevious experience using squeeze/clamp lifts./liliFamiliarity with warehouse management software or inventory tracking systems./liliBasic mathematical skills for counting and reconciling inventory data./liliStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpEducation:/pulliHigh School/li/ulpExperience:/pulli1-4 years/lipQualifications:/pulliProven experience of operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment./liliAbility to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs./liliExcellent communication and problem-solving skills./liliKnowledge of safety practices related to forklift operation and warehouse environments./li/ulpSpherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
