A Custodian for Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers (GoodwillSR) is responsible for cleaning and maintain the assigned locations mandated by the Columbus Community Campus Contracts.
Custodian

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers - Columbus, GA

Part-Time

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers is currently seeking a Custodian to clean and maintain their Columbus Community Campus. GoodwillSR Custodian responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and break rooms
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop all areas
• Empty trash cans, clean windows, spot clean walls, and restock restroom supplies
• Top scrub, strip, and wax hard floors
• Apply advanced floor care techniques, as needed.
• Promote high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a high quality-level or service
• Perform other custodial team cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by the Supervisor

A full-time position averages 20-25 hours per week. Hours will fluctuate on business needs. The Custodian hours include Monday through Friday; 3pm - 8:30pm.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months of custodial experience
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience stripping and waxing floor preferred.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals safely
