The role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy.

This position will have on-site training Monday - Friday for the first 6 weeks, onsite post training (Nesting) for an additional 1 week. You must have 100% attendance during the full training period. Start date: 11/17/2025.
As a Customer Care Representative II, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims.
