This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity designed for individuals who are looking to build a long-term career with leadership potential, not just secure a short-term job. We provide comprehensive virtual training, one-on-one mentorship, and structured leadership development, allowing high-performing individuals to advance into management roles within 60–90 days. No prior experience in insurance, management, or sales is required, as all training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new client relationships
• Identify clients' specific needs based on unique financial situations
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct presentations and relay objection handling.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to potential customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional service
• Must have a computer at home
