Perform 6 s each shift. Engage in process optimization to allow success of production/quality goals while achieving and maintaining cost savings. Complete all training within the expected time given. Qualifications You Must Have:High School Diploma or GED - Must be willing to work the scheduled shift and may need to train on an alternate shift. Overtime may be required. U.S. Citizenship is required. Familiar with micrometer, calipers, microscopes and other measuring equipment. Qualifications We Value:Two to five years experience in quality/aerospace manufacturing environment. Technical degree preferred. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and quality procedures. Understanding of internal and external customer requirements with a high attention to detail in resolving findings. Good organizational skills.
