Personal Shopper

The Personal Shopper position at Sam's Club involves developing and supporting membership by providing information on membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing memberships upgrades, and credit accounts. The role also includes maintaining the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. Additionally, the Personal Shopper fulfills member fax n pull and click n pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet member needs. The position requires completing work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback. The Personal Shopper provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services. The role complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices. The Personal Shopper respects the individual, works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, communicates with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence, and strengthens the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others, recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.

Live Better U is a company paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
