TEKsystems is hiring a large group of fully remote Call Center Representatives to assist a client based in Pennsylvania. These positions will start on 12/17 and will be full-time remote. As a Service Intake Liaison, you will act as the critical link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs. You will serve as subject?matter expert and real?time troubleshooter for customers experiencing issues, while coordinating with technical teams to deliver timely solutions. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage high?volume inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
40?hour work week, 8?hour shift between 7:00?am6:30?pm EST Monday?Friday.
$18.50 per hour.
This is a contract?to?hire position based out of Charlotte, NC, and is a fully remote role.
This position is anticipated to close on Dec 11, 2025.
