What You Will Do
- Provide operational engineering support to develop technologies and processes which support growth and cost?reduction targets; develop best practices and engineering standard work for vendor assistance and manufacturing engineering.
- Leverage manufacturing innovations to improve cost, delivery, and quality; assist with problem solving during manufacturing?related investigations.
- Drive root?cause and corrective action activities for procedural non?compliances within manufacturing engineering.
- Develop relationships with vendors to drive continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support operational excellence using statistical analysis for process control and certification.
- Lead the CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) journey to continuously improve quality and exceed customer expectations; drive partnership with Product Engineering and Quality Engineering teams through continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate commitment to the EH&S program by complying with all policies and procedures.
- Monitor non?conformances and assess part performance relative to standard times, optimizing, automating, and trimming waste.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelors degree and 8+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, quality or related industrial environment, or a Masters degree and 5+ years of experience in similar fields.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Statistical Process Control (DMAIC, Process Certification, UPPAP, Six Sigma) required.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Degree in a STEM field.
- Experience with Kaizen events or continuous improvement programs such as CORE, 6S.
- Experience working with CAD tools and creating engineering drawings.
- SAP experience.
- Project management experience.

Salary range for this role is $101,000 $203,000 USD.
