Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support for production operations, including process support, troubleshooting, machine setup, and root cause analysis within the machining business unit.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify adverse trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of machining techniques and manufacturing processes.
  • Interpret requirements to develop and maintain processes to manufacture parts and tooling to engineering drawing requirements.
  • Assist in updating and creating electronic work instructions for manufacturing use.
  • Interpret manufacturing inspection data to ensure product meets engineering requirements.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and handle multi?tasking duties.
  • Commit to the EH&S and continuous improvement programs by complying with all policies and procedures, completing required training, and supporting committee activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • 5 years of technical experience.
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes or machines.

Qualifications We Prefer
  • CNC machine operating and setup experience.
  • 2?year technical certificate or associates degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • SAP experience.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen; the position may require access to systems/tools restricted to U.S. citizens.
