Job Details

This position is responsible for managing and performing daily operations of the Golf Course Grill, ensuring high-quality food service, safety, and customer satisfaction. The position requires at least two (2) years of experience in kitchen operations and cooking, as well as at least two (2) years of customer service experience, due to frequent interaction with the public.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. SERV Safe Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire). CPR/First Aid Certification preferred. At least two (2) years of experience in kitchen operations and cooking, preferably in a customer-facing or retail food service environment. At least two (2) years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or food service setting. Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations. Sufficient experience to understand principles relevant to the major duties, typically gained through similar positions. Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Georgia driver's license for required vehicle or equipment operation. Ability to complete and maintain additional training as directed by management.
