Survey cemetery grounds to include mowing of the lawn, weed eating, headstone maintenance and installation, weed control, vermin control, sod, walls, landscaping, driveways, and grounds with in-depth knowledge of work processes and tools within the cemetery Creating grave markers for temporary placement, ID tags for urns and caskets, and proofing headstone/plaque orders for accuracy Schedule and coordinate special ceremonies i.e., Memorial Day, German Memorial Day, Italian Memorial Day, and Unit Memorials Coordinates resources within budget to meet short-term and operational objectives Supervises daily activities of business support, sets priorities and daily activities for the team to ensure task completion deadlines to support business objectives, continuous management of employee performance through task assignments, ongoing skill assessment, and coaching Interpret customer needs and assess requirements to resolve routine to difficult problems or concerns, utilize defined processes ...Manager, Deputy, Management
